This help document shows you how to add a second teacher to a class in the Curriculum Engine. This task needs to be performed by a District Supervisor or School Admins. Teachers do not have access to other teacher information on the platform so cannot add them to their classes.


**NOTE** If your district syncs to the Curriculum Engine via Clever, you cannot manual update class information. It is automatically pulled in from Clever.



Edit Class


To add a teacher, you need to edit the class information. To access the class, go to the Users menu at the top right of the screen and select the Classes.



The Class Listing window will open.  Click the pencil icon under the actions column for the class that you want to edit:




Add Teacher


Once the class details screen opens, click the "Add Teacher" link at the bottom:



A list of available teachers will be displayed. The teacher currently attached to the class will already be checked. Select the checkbox next to any additional teachers that you want to add to the class:



Once you've selected the teachers to add, click the Add to Class button at the top right:



You'll be prompted with a warning message. Click the Ok button to continue adding the teacher to the class. 





Finalize Update


This will return you to the class details screen and the newly added teacher(s) will be displayed. Click the Save button at the bottom to finalize the change:
