This help document shows you how to sort the tasks under Manage Course to see if they have been shared to Google Classroom.
Resources are shared to Google Classroom under Manage Course. Please see Manage Course | Overview for information on accessing this feature.
Sort View
You can filter the learning objects, or tasks, listed under Manage Course to see which ones have been shared or not shared to Google Classroom.
To access the sort options, click the drop-down menu to the left of the Share with Classroom button. This drop down is listed above the "Track Progress and Edit Availability" section.
** NOTE **
The Share with Classroom button will be grayed out until tasks have been selected to share.
There are three sorting options available. Select the desired sorting method from the drop-down menu:
The sort options will behave as follows:
- Show all LOs. All of the learning objects, or tasks, associated with the course will be displayed.
- Show only shared LOs. Only those learning objects, or tasks, that have already been shared with Google Classroom will be displayed.
- Show only unshared LOs. Only those learning objects, or tasks, that have not yet been shared with Google Classroom will be displayed.
