This help document shows you how update the linked Google Classroom for a class in the Curriculum Engine. When you share resources from the class in the Curriculum Engine to Google Classroom, the system will default to the linked Google Classroom.

 

Go to the Users menu located at the top right of the screen and select the Classes option to open the class listing window.



This will bring up a list of your available classes. Click on the class for which you want to update the linked Google Classroom.


 

Once the class is open, click on the pencil icon to the right of the Class Details heading at the top of the screen to edit the class details:



Scroll to the bottom of the class details screen and click the "Update Google Classroom Link" option.



This will open up the Google sign-in screen. Select the Google account associated with the new Google Classroom that you want to link to the Curriculum Engine:


This will bring up a list of available Google Classrooms for that account, with the current classroom selected. Click the radio button to the left of the new Google Classroom that you want to use:




Once selected, click the Link button at the top right of the screen:




The new Google Classroom is now linked to the class in the Curriculum Engine. Click the Save button to save your changes.



When sharing resources from this class in the Curriculum Engine to Google Classroom, the system will automatically default to this updated Google Classroom.
