This help document shows you how to which courses a learning object is used.
Learning Object Repository
To open the Learning Object Repository, go to the Content menu at the top right of the screen and select the Learning Object Manager option.
This will bring up the Learning Object Repository, with all of the learning objects currently available. For more information on navigating the Learning Object Repository see: Learning Object Manager Navigation
*NOTE* The learning objects available will depend on the standards associated with your account.
Learning Object Courses
When viewing in grid mode, to see the courses that an existing learning object is used in, go to the learning object card and click the Ellipsis menu at the bottom right:
*NOTE* The default view in the Learning Object Manager is grid mode.
This will open up additional menu options. Click the "View Courses this LO is used in" option:
The system will display a pop up list of all of the courses that currently use the learning object:
It will display:
- Course Name
- Course Version
- Number of Classes Using the Course
- Date the Course was Last Modified
To return to the Learning Object Repository, click the back arrow at the top left of the window:
