This help document shows you how to share a course that you have created with a District Supervisor for approval. Once a shared course has been approved, it will be available to all teachers in the district.


Course Manager

 

To view a course, go to the Content menu at the top right of the screen and select the Course Manager option to open the course manager window. 


 

You will see two tabs:

  • Courses assigned to me: These are the courses that have been assigned to you by the district.
  • Courses created by me: These are courses that you have created or copied from other courses.


Click the Courses created by me tab and select the ellipses menu next to the course you have created and that you want to share with the District Supervisor:



This will open a menu with additional options. Select "Share with District Supervisor":



This will bring up a confirmation prompt:



Click YES. The course will now be shared with the District Supervisor for approval.


*NOTE* If you make changes to the course after sharing it with the District Supervisor, the changes will not be reflected in the course that you shared. The changes will only impact your local copy of the course.


If the course is approved by the district, it can then be shared with other teachers. If no approved, the teacher who created it will still have access but it cannot be shared with other teachers.
