This help document will show you how to view the previous versions of a course in the Curriculum Engine.
Course Manager
To view the versions of a course, go to the Content menu at the top right of the screen and select the Course Manager option to open the course manager window.
You will see two tabs:
- Courses assigned to me: These are the courses that have been assigned to you by the district.
- Courses created by me: These are courses that you have created or copied from other courses.
View Versions
Select the tab that contains the course for which you want to view versions. **NOTE** All of your Walch assigned courses will be under the Courses assigned to me tab.
Under the Actions column, located on the far right, click the ellipsis menu of the course for which you want to view the versions to expand the menu options, and then select "View Versions". The three vertical dots are the ellipsis menu.
**NOTE** This option will only be available if there is more than one version of that course.
This will bring up a new window listing all of the course versions. You will see columns for the version number as well as the last modified date.
To preview a version of the course, click on the course name for that version.
