This help document shows you how to filter the Learning Object Repository to find learning objects that are aligned to specific standards and skills.
Where can I find the learning objects?
To open the Learning Object Repository, go to the Content menu at the top right of the screen and select the Learning Object Manager option.
This will bring up the Learning Object Repository with all of the learning objects currently available.
To navigate, click the down caret to open a folder and the up caret to collapse it. When the folder is open, you can scroll through the learning objects of that type.
Filter by Standards and Skills
You can filter your learning object results to find learning objects that are aligned to specific standards and skills. To filter the results, click the Filters button at the top left. This will open your filter options:
Step 1:
Select the Standards and Skills filter option:
This will open a new window where you can select the standards and skills by which you want to filter.
Step 2:
On this screen, select your standard set and then click Show Standards and Skills to see the available standards:
You can then expand to view all of the standards and skills available for the standard set, and select the ones you want to include in your filter. To select a standard or skill, click the checkbox to the left of the line item. You can also select or deselect individual skills by clicking on the skill for a selected standard.
Step 3:
Once you have finished your selections, click the Apply button at the top right:

Your results will now be filtered by the standards you specified:
View Filter
To see all of the filter terms used, click the show more link to the right of the standards listed at the top of the screen:
This will show you all of the filter criteria:
You can even remove individual skills from the filter criteria by clicking on them in this view. To add standards, you will need to return to the filter option.
Reset
Once you are done, you can click the Clear All link under the Filter section to return to a listing of all of the learning objects.
